    Q: Shipping Time
    How long will it take to receive my order?

    A: We ship out in-stock orders within 24 hours. USPS mails out Monday through Saturday, except holidays. UPS is open Saturdays, but mails out only Monday through Friday, except holidays. USPS First Class Service (13 oz. or less) takes between 1-3 days to deliver. USPS Priority Mail Service takes between 2-3 days. USPS Express Service is next day. UPS Ground Service takes between 1-6 days. UPS 2nd Day Service takes up to 1-2 days. Cammie's Corner is located in Simi Valley, CA 93065. If you live in Southern California, your packages should arrive the next day after shipping. If you live in New York, it will take longer. If you order a bracelet, (all bracelets are custom made to order), it could take up to 10 days before bracelets are shipped out (from AZ). For example, if you order an in-stock item Monday night at 5:30 P.M., we will ship it out that night or the next day (within 24 hours), and depending upon where you live and what mail service you requested, your order should arrive between Wednesday and a week from Wednesday. If you order a custom item, please note the "Approximate Shipping Time" under each item description. Please contact us first if you would like us to accommodate any time-sensitive orders.

    Q: Sending Gifts
    Am I able to send a gift from your boutique to someone?

    A: Yes! During check-out, you will be asked to enter/verify billing and shipping addresses. Also, any gift messages can be typed in the PayPal 'comments' section when you submit your payment. You also have the option to include our gift wrap (wrapping paper & bow), again just let us know.

    Q: Coupons
    I have a coupon code. Is it good for only one-time?

    A: No. If you have a coupon or a voucher code for a discount or special promotion, you could use it for each time you make a purchase until it expires. Gift certificates, on the other hand, are one-time use only.

    Q: Product Search
    I thought you had a particular item for sale, and now I can't find it!

    A: Our product is unique and one of a kind; therefore it is not unlikely that items are sold and are no longer available. However, we might be able special/custom order items or item options not on this site. Just contact us. We also provide a search text box on our left side navigation bar - simply type in a word or phrase and if we carry it, it will pop up!

    Q: Return Policy
    I'm afraid to purchase items I haven't seen in person. What if I don't really like it when I get it?

    A: Here at Cammie's Corner, we have a satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns on new and unused products within 7-days of receipt less shipping costs.     I need my order sent out ASAP! How soon can I receive it?

    A: If you need something right away, we do ship out in-stock items within 24-hours. If it is a custom item your in need of, please contact us for a realistic time-frame before making a purchase. We do offer expedited shipping options such as 2-Day and Express. Please contact us if you need it sooner to get a shipping quote for Next Day or Saturday Service.

    Do you accept VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express?

    A: Yes! In addition to credit cards, we also accept e-checks, all through merchant services provided by PayPal. PayPal does not charge any fees to use their service.

    Q: Gift Wrap
    Do you offer gift wrapping for your products?

    A: All of our products are prepared for shipment to ensure a safe arrival. All pieces are shipped in a small gift box and can be wrapped in our pink paper and ribbon at your request. Just let us know in the "comments" box at checkout.

    Q: Shipments outside of the US
    Do you ship outside of the United States?

    A: Yes! Please contact us for quotes on shipping, include information such as items to be purchased and your postal city, country and code. Please use the currency converter (located in the left navigation bar) to assist you in making your purchases. All orders are processed through PayPal Services for your convenience.
